Data controller

Strudel Prod, EURL, SIREN 832 953 053. Contact: contact@strudelprod.com.

Data we collect

• Quote request and contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), answers to the questionnaire and message.
• Free guide: first name (optional), email and, if you agree, your consent to receive our tips by email.

We only collect what we need to reply to you.

Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your request and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Sending you the guide: your consent.
• Occasionally sending you tips: your separate, optional consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

Your data is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you withdraw your consent to emails, we stop writing to you immediately.

Recipients

Your data is used by Strudel Prod only. It is hosted in France by our hosting provider, OVH. It is never sold or shared.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. A technical cookie remembers your language, and your browser remembers that you closed the guide window so it is not shown again.

Videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded in privacy-enhanced mode: the player only loads when you click on a video. Video thumbnails are however displayed from YouTube’s (Google’s) servers, which therefore receive your device’s IP address.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at contact@strudelprod.com.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
